How do I tear a task off into its own window?

Drag the task's row out of the list and drop it on the desktop. It opens in its own window where you drop it and stays above other windows. Subtasks can be torn off the same way.

How do I restore my purchases on a new Mac or iPhone?

On the Mac, open Settings ▸ Account and choose Restore Purchases. On iPhone, open the app's Account settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Why aren't my tasks syncing between devices?

Sync uses your private iCloud database. Each device must be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on. iCloud Syncing is part of the Storage purchase.

Can you see my tasks?

No. Your tasks stay on your devices and in your private iCloud database, which only your Apple Account can read. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my contact details or usage data?

Email us from the address above and we'll delete your registration record and any usage data connected to it. You can stop sending usage data at any time in Settings ▸ Data & Privacy.
